Overview
AKH is a private investment firm established in 2010 that focuses its investment activity on a broad range of investments across multiple asset classes.
AKH also engages in technology transfer projects with a portfolio that currently includes several public and private companies, 25 industrial facilities, contributing to over 3000 jobs. We take pride in being a driving force in the development of industrial sector through many joint ventures and know-how transfer to Saudi Arabia.
AKH offices are in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Legacy
H.E. Eng. Mubarak A. Al Khafrah is the Chairman of AKH. He is one of the greatest contributors to the development of the Saudi Arabian economy across several sectors such as industrial, petrochemical, banking, and insurance.
Over the last four decades, H.E. Eng. Mubarak A. Al Khafrah has invested and led the development of over fifty among the most successful businesses in the region shaping his legacy through some key transactions that have included the flotation of several large cap entities on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) as well as the completion of the first merger in the banking sector between Saudi Arabian British Bank (SABB) and Alawwal Bank, in his capacity as the chairman of Alawwal Bank
H.E. Eng. Mubarak A. Al Khafrah is currently the Chairman of the National Industrialization Company (Tasnee), He is also the Vice Chairman of US Business Council and a board member in several entities across the GCC region.
